Today, I have started becoming the person I want to be. I was starting earlier than this with my writing, but now I’ve gone a step farther than that. I have started working out to get rid of the baby fat.
When I was pregnant, I didn’t gain any weight until the last three months and at the time I only gained about 10-15 pounds. I was around 170 pounds and now I am 158. My weight goal has always been 120-125 pounds. The truth is, I just want to have a smaller tummy and feel healthy. I’m feeling fairly healthy and that’s what matters. Now it’s just trying to feel successful in what I do and who I am.
Today is day two of the workout. I only did a little bit, but I’m not trying to go crazy right now. I am going to a theme park today and I’ll be walking a lot already. I’m also moving furniture around, which is a small workout in itself. ^_^ I have to move the furniture up and down two flights of stairs. I feel very proud of myself because I’m almost done with that! My husband’s been busy, but he said that he’ll help Wednesday.
