Today is the last day of October and the last day of sanity for the next 30 days. That’s right, I am doing NaNoWriMo for this year. It isn’t the first year nor will it be the last, but will I actually succeed this time?
I can only write to see.
For those who don’t know what NaNoWriMo is, it is short for National Novel Writing Month. Basically, for the month of November I will be writing every day until I make 50K.
That’s the plan at least. I have yet to survive and thrive a NaNoWriMo. I’m not giving up though!
I have soda, candy, gum, and food stocked up for this. I’ve even been cleaning my butt off last weekend hoping to not have to clean too much this month. Doubt that would work out, but fingers crossed.
I plan on updating you all every Monday with where I’m at in my writing. This is an attempt to keep myself going. If I am showing people where I’m at, I figure you all could guilt me into keeping going. It’s a thing everyone close has figured out. If you say I can’t do it or guilt me, I’m probably going to do it.
Now… if only I could decide on what to write about…
